How do purchases work?
The shopping cart is run through Paypal, a trusted and secure method, and purchases can be paid for through your Paypal account, or credit or debit cards, so a Paypal account is not required. Just like any online shopping cart, quantities can be changed and items can be removed.
If paying by credit or debit card, the checkout screen allows you to enter a Paypal account login, and to the left of that login is a link to pay by credit or debit card.Back to top
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the total value of items in your shopping cart. You can view shipping costs when you click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page and enter your zip code to calculate shipping costs.Back to top
What if the item I want is not in stock?
If you are interested in an item that is not in stock, call or e-mail us. If the item is available from our vendors we will get the item for you as soon as possible. Occasionally items are on back order, but we will try to get your requested item to you as quickly as possible.Back to top
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received and another when your order has been shipped. If there is any problem with your order, for example, your item is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail as well.Back to top
Do you ship outside of the United State?
Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii and do not ship international orders.Back to top
